Scanning electron microscope, differential thermal analysis, thermo-gravimetric analysis, fluorescent analysis and X-ray CT et.al.have become usual means used in the research of concrete material science. This paper proposed a new method to evaluate the causes of cracking of in-situ concrete based on the investigation by using these comprehensive technologies for analysis of micro-structure. The proposed new method is more reliable and objective than the traditional method which is mainly based on experience and chemical analysis. A case investigation using the new method to explore the causes of cracking in a real project was introduced.

In maintaining components of industrial infrastructures, corrective or time-based maintenance is increasingly being replaced by condition based maintenance in order to reduce maintenance costs while preserving reliability and quality of performance. In this paper, the authors present a new approach to interpret the data collected by on-line or off-line inspections and optimize the replacement strategies by using the one-cycle criterion to minimize the cost function. Compared with many other methods, this approach is rather simpler, and can easily be performed in practice.

In maintaining components of industrial infrastructures, corrective or time-based maintenance is increasingly being replaced by condition based maintenance in order to reduce maintenance costs while preserving reliability and quality of performance. In recent years, with national economy's change for better and rapid development of infrastructure construction, urban disasters which are categorized into man-made and natural result in sustainable development function of urban confronting with a serious threat and urban public security also confronting with unprecedented challenges. Naturally, more and more emphasis are put on community safety. Community is the basic component of urban and the direct recipient to various disasters and accidents, so community safety management plays an important positive role in maintaining social safety and promoting social harmony. The establishment of a reasonable assessment system has very important significance for community safety management. The evaluation method referred to the article is analytic hierarchy process, which makes quantitative analysis to reasonable effectiveness of the public resources for disaster prevention and reduction in urban community. How to implement the assessment has become an urgent research issue. In this paper, the main contents in the assessment system contain: the structural measures and nonstructural measures which contrapose various of natural disasters and man-made disasters, the reserve of emergency aid, and etc. In order to set up a assessment system, a investigation and assessment table for public resource for disaster prevention and reduction of urban community with the corresponding rating criteria which combined with the characteristics of community on setup of optimal management for disaster prevention and reduction of community has be established.

With the public network IP addresses offered by IPv4 closing to exhaustion, NAT technology has been used widely on the Internet, which brings about the obstacle to P2P network communication at the same time. So, penetrating NAT technology has already become the problem that must be solved by the P2P network. This paper analyzes the impact of NAT to P2P network, and introduces several kinds of methods to traverse NAT. Then, this paper detailedly analyzes the UDP punching technology, a method that uses of UDP protocol to realize P2P network traversing NAT. At last, the working process of UDP punching technology is analyzed though an example. The results verify that UDP punching technology is applied to the P2P network, which can ensure the security and the robust of network as well.
